Testimonials/Online Reviews
Our office is open four days a week. So that we may best serve the needs of our patients, we rotate the day we are closed, accommodating Palm Beach County school schedule. When school is closed, you can be certain that our doors will be open, thus limiting the days any student will have to miss class time for an appointment. Our monthly calendar will be available online for your convenience.
Appointments
Dr. King's FIVE MINUTE PROMISE: No patient will wait more than five minutes upon arrival for an appointment. For this reason, it is very important to arrive on time. Your scheduled appointment time has been set aside specifically for you, allowing the appropriate time necessary for your scheduled treatment. While we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, we respectfully request 24-hour notice for cancellation. Since many of our patients are of school age, it is impossible for us to see everyone after school hours. We do take into account both work and school schedules; however, it will be necessary to schedule some of your visits between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. We will make every attempt to keep these appointments to a minimum and ask for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If the patient is a student, these appointments are easy to arrange during study periods, lunchtime or recess.
Payment Options
Making a beautiful smile a reality for everyone has motivated Dr. King to make it as easy as possible on the family budget. Once a deposit has been made, as a courtesy we will personalize an interest-free payment plan for you. We accept most major credit cards and offer a pre-payment discount.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
